Something a bit different today, my daughter needed some new images for a forthcoming job so we spent a fun couple of hours taking some “vintage” style portraits. Here is my favourite.
A Day In The Field…
One minute I am in a warm cattery the next I am in a pigeon hide undertaking a commission for the Shooting Times magazine (www.shootingtimes.co.uk) Fortunately one of the organisers had a cracking red cocker dog which helped to add a bit of colour to a rather grey winters day.
It’s A Cat’s Life !
What a fun day !….. I work regularly for The Blue Cross animal charity (www.bluecross.org.uk) and I never know what creature I am going to photograph, today it was a selection of cat’s, most of which were very well behaved. This little chap is in for re-homing but I am sure with a face like this he won’t be around for long!
THE SNOW IS HOLDING ON…
The snow this week has held on and I took full advantage and had a great private portrait session with a group of working cockers. Although the shooting season is well and truly over the freezer full of cold game came in handy!
RIDLEY’S RAMBLINGS !
Welcome to the first entry in the Nick Ridley Photography “RIDLEY’S RAMBLINGS”…… The snow this weekend gave me the opportunity to get out with the camera and get some stock images for my photo library….you never know when you need a snowy dog picture!
